Friday - Spirit Bazaar Sneak Preview
Where Coaches will have a 2 hour windwo to come and see what companies have to offer before our UCe Get Fired UP opening.
Saturday - Spirit Bazaar Scavenger Hunt
Where coaches must answer a question about each company that is a vendor at the Bazaar to complete their form and submit it by the end of the day for the chance to win the $100 Spa Package to the Gaylord in National Harbor Spa!
Sunday - Spirit Bazaar Special Day
Where each vendor will offer specials that coaches will only be able to take advantage of on the day! This is also the day for Stunt & Tumble Fest as we welcome the Cheerleaders to UCE.
On Sunday UCE will have a PACKED schedule of courses designed for the gym owner to make great business steps in this upcoming season! All Star Business Boot Camp will provide basic and innovative materials for the All Star Gym Owners and associates. The boot camp will give owners the tools to grow, verify compliance, save money and time, add new business opportunities and make sure your gym is on the cutting edge of the industry!
These will be 30 minute intense discussions on topic like:
Acquisitions – Want to buy or sell a gym – learn the first steps from a business attorney & accountant as well as some do's and don'ts from experienced gym buyers and sellers.
Staff – How to make the best choices when selecting staff & how to keep them from Jumping Gyms!
HR Compliance – Make sure you have all the tools to protect you and your gym. Extremely important when working with young athletes.
Budgets & Business Plans – Received templates and guidance on the importance of planning and sticking to the plan for your gym!
Gym Databases – work smarter not harder – and get you parent's payments without confrontation!
Insurance – what do you need to make sure you are protected! Get the honest answers!
Choreography – Getting what you want – knowing what you need!
Pro Shop – Set up, how to make sure you profit, Positive & Negatives of the investment.
On Saturday sit in and ask ANYTHING to the top coaches from around the country. We scheduled this at the end of the workshop day to make sure you learn everything you need at UCE!

Spotting Stunts and Tumbling at all Levels, tumbling and jump drills, dance choreography and how to utilize even your weakest link... and many more!!! All Day Saturday are valuable Coaches workshops for you to learn from the best – Workshops that will Energize your season!
Come out to enjoy light appetizers and cocktails at the UCE "Ultimate Coaches Extravaganza" Coaches Party! Known to be one of the most FUN Parties in the industry! Each registered coach will receive one drink coupon and one raffle ticket at registration. The party will include networking opportunities, Live Industry FUN fashion show, games, special guest, AND Much More!
NEW! in 2011 ALL DAY SUNDAY Stunt & Tumble Fest!!! Stunt Fest will take on a NEW design! NOW you can go to the class that YOU need! Basic Stunt progression is for the cheerleader as well as the coach to get all the basics you need! We are focusing on Tic Toc's, Twisting Baskets, Twisting in and out of different stunts and pyramids – something for everyone! In 2010 we had Courtney Pope Smith & Jeff Manhart. Stunt Fest Instructors will be announced in July 2011. Bring a minimum of 4 member stunt group to take any Stunt Fest Session - Or take them ALL!
NEW! SUNDAY Tumble Fest! This year Tumble Fest will focus on your needs as an individual gymnast. Offer specific classes on Handsprings, Tucks and Full's these classes will help you to progress in your skills and show you drills on how to continue to improve after this class. Many nationally ranked gymnast and coaches are coming out to help you GET YOUR SKILL – including the Fabulous DEBBIE LOVE!!!
Round table discussions on general industry topics that is relevant to this season! Participate and hear how other teams and coaches handle daily issues and get new ideas to solve them! Each Round Table will be lead by an influential industry leader who will use the information gain in industry periodicals.
Each Coach will receive a UCE Special gift for attending and as always there will be more and more chances to win Raffles and giveaways the entire weekend!
