UCE is in its 9th year of providing the East Coast one of the most popular Conference & Tradeshow for the Cheerleading Industry. This event is very popular because of many coaches have the ability to commute to this event. Coaches come to locate new products and services to keep their programs on the winning edge. In today’s industry the companies that are doing well are the ones that connect with the customer and form relationships. What better way than at the many opportunities during the United Cheer Expo!

Sponsoring the Coaches Outing Pre Party, Orientation Breakfast or snack. In these locations you will have an opportunity to speak in front of the coaches and one on one with them. You will also be able to decorate the room with your marketing materials. |

Providing gifts (receiving a vendor discount for doing so by August 1, 2010). These gifts are awarded during each workshop. Each time they are awarded the paragraph you have provided is read to the coaches with their FULL attention. You could even make the certificate say to pick up you prize you must come to your companies booth! |

We provide a vendor scavenger hunt. This is where you as a vendor gives us a question that you want the customer to come to your booth and get the answer. In this way they have to talk to you and just get a quick signature. You can provide up to 3 different questions to make sure they do not copy the answer. The coaches turn this sheet in to be in for an end of the event raffle. You can donate prizes for this raffle as well. The Big prize is a vacation trip. |

All workshops will be in the exhibit hall this year so the coaches can’t go far and we have time in between each class for them to talk with you. You also will be able to see the workshops this year! |

Stunt and Tumble Fest brings in over 300 cheerleaders. If your product is marketable to athletes – be ready! |

The vendors are all invited to the Ultimate Coaches Extravaganza on Friday night. This is a fun atmosphere to network in a casual environment with the coaches! |
