 Cheer & Dance Coaching Principles and Ethics
This fundamental course has been designed specifically for cheer and dance coaches desiring to build a foundation necessary for a successful cheerleading program. This comprehensive overview covers the following key elements: legal responsibilities, roles and responsibilities of a coach, safety management, sportsmanship and ethics, relationship building. Coaches of all levels and abilities will benefit from this course. Booster club and parent group officers are encouraged to attend.
Program Management and Cheer Fundamentals
This is a "How to" manual covering methods and practices that can lead to a successful cheerleading program. Forms and colorful illustrations contribute to the information you wish you had known when you began coaching. Coaches will also be presented with a more in-depth and interactive approach to program development (practices, legal liability, etc.) and safety management. This course is highly recommended for individuals with fewer than 3 years of experience as a cheerleading coach.

FULL amount of this money is transferred to Battle at the Capitol 2011 if your team registers and competes. One team per UCE coach must compete at Battle to receive the transfer! JAM Rewards will not be calculated two times on this money.
